Camper van interior build pack
Van plans cut to your van.
Every van plan assumes your van matches the designer's. Measure eight things in your own van, and the build film, the plans and the cut list are made for those numbers.
The pack releases on November 20, 2026. Nothing is charged today.
Try it with your numbers
Change any measurement and every part resizes. The drawing, the cut list and the plywood layouts below all come from the same model, so they always agree.
Your van, in inches
These are example numbers. They do not describe any particular van.

What the pack will hold
The build film
An animated film of the whole build, one part at a time. Each part carries the same letter it has on your cut list.
Dimensioned plans
Every part and every assembly drawn with your measurements, in inches and in millimetres.
Cut list
Each part with its length, width and thickness, lettered to match the plans and the film.
Sheet layouts
Where each part sits on each sheet of plywood, so you know how many sheets to buy before you go to the yard.
Shopping list
Plywood, screws, hinges and hardware, with counts worked out for your version of the build.
Three pieces
A bed across the rear with storage below, a galley cabinet with a sink cut-out, and a bench with a lid.
Why the plans are made to measure
Published van dimensions cannot be trusted to the inch. Manufacturers' own documents give different figures for the same van, and they do not publish the shape of the walls at all. A cabinet cut from someone else's numbers can end up an inch too wide, and plywood does not stretch.
So this design does not touch the walls. Every piece is a square, freestanding box that stands half an inch clear of the metal. Nothing is cut to follow a curve. The bed stands on three uprights that sit inside the wheel wells, on the flat part of the floor.
The only numbers that matter are yours. You measure eight things with a tape, which takes about ten minutes. The pack is generated for those measurements.
Where this stands today
- The pack is being made now and releases on November 20, 2026. It is not for sale yet.
- The drawing on this page is a computer model. Nobody has built this interior from these plans yet, and one test build is planned before release.
- The pack leaves out seats, seat belts, propane and household-voltage wiring.
- Furniture in a vehicle has to be bolted down. The pack will show a through-floor bolting method. You build and anchor at your own risk.

Questions
Which vans does it fit?
Any cargo van with a flat floor whose measurements fall inside the ranges of the fitter above. You enter your own numbers, so the pack does not depend on a make or a model year. If your van is narrower than about 70 inches at bed height, a crosswise bed gets short, and the fitter tells you how short.
Is the film a real build?
No. It is a computer animation, generated from the same model as the plans. That is why its dimensions match your cut list. One real test build is planned before release.
What tools do I need?
A circular saw with a straight guide or a track saw, a drill, and a tape measure. Every cut in the design is a straight cut across a sheet of plywood.
What if it does not fit my van?
You get a full refund within 30 days of buying. The design leaves half an inch of clearance to every wall, and the plans are made from your own measurements, so a wrong fit should be rare.
What is not included?
Seats, seat belts, propane, plumbing beyond the sink cut-out, and household-voltage wiring. Insulation, flooring and wall panels are also outside this pack.
Why can I not buy it today?
Because it is not finished. This page exists to find out whether enough people want it. If you leave your email, you get one message on release day.
